Finally Friday

I have been aching for this Friday to come around! I am beyond ready for the weekend. Mr. Fonty will be in Sea Island for a bachelor party (Congrats, Charles! Sorry in advance Sea Island residents!), so I am all by my lonesome this weekend. But, as usual, I have plans to fill every minute.
I have a new workshop of sorts (I promise to share pictures and details of this little venture in a few weeks), so I am going to be doing a lot of work there on Saturday.

A few weeks ago, Little Green Notebook had a fantastic tutorial on how to "frame" graphic art and make a big statement without spending a lot of money. I am hoping to get a little crafty this weekend and make some art of my own. I have a lot of blank walls at my pop workshop (hint, hint!) and minimal dinero to spend after buying all my big fixtures and appliances. Cross your fingers that my crafting turns out as well as Jenny's!

For Sunday, I've got some QT with my Kitchen planned. Mr. Fonty is going to be a lucky man when he gets back from the beach. I am planning on trying this slow cooker jambalaya for slow cook Sunday with some Magnolia Bakery Banana Pudding for dessert. I've been so bad about posting the recipes I am making lately - which is ironic, because I have been in the kitchen more than ever. To be honest, I am just way too lazy to pull pictures off my camera.

I'm also dying to see Friends With Kids - anyone want to be my date? If you play your cards right, I might buy you a beer and some fries at the pub afterwards.
