Thao & The Get Down Stay Down -- We The Common

We The Common is the third release from Thao & The Get Down Stay Down, brain child of 28-year-old Virginia native Thao Nguyen. The now San Francisco based band was formed around 2005, and first started to make a splash around '08/'09.
This album is just downright enjoyable, fun and mostly upbeat...excellent songwriting and musicianship. And I really love the use of horns throughout.
