Jason Isbell seems to be in a great place in his life these days: he got clean and sober, moved to Nashville, married the talented and beautiful Amanda Shires, and has now delivered what is probably the best album of his career. (which is quite the feat, considering Sirens Of The Ditch and Here We Rest are nearly perfect in their own right.)
Jason is a rare musical triple threat: he's an excellent songwriter, a damn fine singer, and a heck of a guitar player to top it all off.
