Originally, I was going to do a big "Hits & Misses" of The Met Gala, but a day has gone by and I read too many other recaps to have my own gut instincts. Read The Fug Girls recap for some laughs.
Tomorrow we hit the road for adult spring break in Sea Island, GA. For 4 days, we will be enjoying some fun in the sun with about 7 other couples, the Fonty dog and my sweet little goddaughter, Evie. I feel a little silly saying I need another beach trip seeing that I left Puerto Rico not even a month ago, but a girl can never get enough sand between her toes.
In addition to beaches and luxury mansions, Sea Island is the home to Tibi and the famous Tibi outlet. We've got a girls' trip to the store on the books. I'm so glad to see that the line moved away from the overly masculine prints and structures of the last few seasons, and is back to girly colors and silhouettes. A few lovelies I am hoping to damage my credit card with this weekend:
