Jack White -- Blunderbuss
Usually I like to wait a week after an album has been released to make a selection, so that I at least have a chance to give it a listen. But thankfully, Jack White and iTunes made the album available to stream from start to finish last week. Just about everything Jack White touches gets a seal of approval from me, I'm going to have to go ahead and give this album two seals.

He blends his new found rootsy-ness with enough rock and guitar riffs to satisfy White Stripes fans of old. All recorded, of course, on analog tape....giving the album a warm and organic feel.
